Parameters of Selection Process
BSS Security (SHIELD+) has set “stringent parameters” for Selection, Training and Deployment. Our selection
of Security Guards and patrolling depend on following parameters.
- Minimum education – SSC/HSC/graduation
- Requisite physical fitness: Age, Height, Eye Sight, etc.
- Background Verification: Police Verification/Internal
- Documents verification: Ration card, school leaving certificate, domicile, etc.

All trainings are conducted by our internal dedicated trainers who are Ex-Serviceman, who shall train on pre-defined Specific Training Modules. Preparing for duties, reporting, taking over duty including understanding site instructions, points for attention & documentation. Fundamentals of dealing with people, types of people – employees and visitors, their peculiarities, handling government officials, handling complaints. Chemistry of fire, Types of fire, Causes, Detection and Extinguishing system, use of hand-held extinguishers, evacuation drill, action in case of burns, preventive measures, Demonstration & Practice.
